RAISE Software
Welcome to the RAISE Software Installation page.

As this is a new way of installing the latest RAISE Software, there a some new methods to get used to.  The following describes the general process of installing the RAISE Software for the first time using this new method:

  1. Just by loading this page an InstallShield " applet" may be downloaded to run the installation script (unless it is already installed on your system).  This applet enables internet-based installations.
  2. The InstallShield applet download may display a dialog box asking if you want to accept the applet called "InstallShield Wizard".  Select "Yes" to accept it.  Please wait for it to be installed.
  3. Once this applet is installed, the installation link will be changed from "Please Wait..." to "Install". 
    When the link changes to "Install", click on it.
  4. A pause of up to several minutes will occur while a connection is made to download the installation package file.
  5. When an InstallShield Wizard "Authenticity Verified" dialog box appears, press the "Next" button.
  6. The installation package file is then downloaded and evaluated to determine what components are available to be installed.  Wait for the "Preparing Setup" dialog to complete.
  7. The Installation Welcome dialog will then appear.  This is the beginning of the RAISE Software installation.
  8. Follow the on screen instructions.

Note that you may be notified that you may need to update some Internet Explorer components.  Should this be true for your system, you will be re-directed to another web page to assist you with this additional installation.

Your download time will depend on the speed of your Internet connection and the number of files you select.
